1. Can I visit the exhibition without staying for the entire conference?
Yes, you can visit the Hysteria Project exhibition on Thursday, 23 May 2024 at 18:00 without participating in the rest of the conference.
2. Can I visit only certain panels/workshops?
Yes, you are able to visit only certain panels/workshops which are of particular interest to you, there is only one workshop closed for general public (please consult the program). You are not required to stay for the entire duration of the conference. We do kindly ask you to be mindful of the schedule and be punctual to avoid interruptions.
3. Do I have to register to attend the conference?
Yes, please register by 12 May 2024 by sending an email to endo24(at)uni-graz.at.
4. I have mobility issues. Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue has an entrance ramp, a lift, and is barrier-free.
5. How much does attending the conference cost?
The conference has no participation fee. Attendance is free of charge.
6. How long will the exhibition be on display?
The exhibition will be on display only for the duration of the conference. The best time to view the exhibition is during and after the exhibition opening and keynote lecture.
7. Is tap water available at the event?
Yes, tap water is available during the event and potable.
8. Will there be any refreshments?
Yes, the scheduled coffee breaks will include coffee, tea, plant-based milk and vegan/vegetarian/sugar-free/gluten-free snacks.
